The Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) in collaboration with the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators (PICAM), Inc. held its 1st NCR MACE Program on 11 April 2019 at the I’M Hotel, Makati City.   The MACE Committee Chair and Secretary Atty.
