A joint undertaking of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators, Inc. (PICAM) held its 2nd NCR MACE Program on 26 June 2019 at the New World Makati Hotel, Makati City.  The MACE Committee Chair and Secretary Atty. Myra Angeli A. Atty. Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad- “Award in Interest/Moral and Exemplary Damages in Construction”

Dr. Ernesto S. De Castro- “Technological Advances in Engineering”

Engr. Ramon F. Allado- “Expert Witness”
