A joint undertaking of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators, Inc. (PICAM) held its 3rd NCR MACE Program on 29 November 2019 at the New World Makati Hotel, Makati City.  The MACE Committee Chair and Secretary Atty. Myra Angeli A. Gallardo-Batungbakal presented four speakers with the following topics:

Atty. Custodio O. Parlade- “Novel and Other Important Issues Decided by a Tribunal; Selected Cases”

Atty. Arthur P. Autea- “How to decide cases without Respondent’s Participation”

Atty. Mario E. Valderrama– “Post SCS Award”

Dr. Ernesto S. De Castro- “Technology Today and the future of Arbitration”

Engr. Ronaldo S. Ison- “Building Code and Earthquakes” 

The event was emceed by Atty. Elmar B. Galacio in the morning and Atty. Joenar Pueblo in the afternoon and attended by 61  CIAC accredited Mediators and Arbitrators.
