Towards the home stretch of the year, the Regional Orientation Committee, led by the young and energetic Dr. Ernie de Castro, conducted lectures at the AMO Seminars held in Quezon City, Davao City, and Makati City in October, November, and December. These three Seminars brought our total for the year 2012 to 26. Our thanks again to our lecturers Dean Custodio O. Parlade, Engr. Potenciano A. Leonco, Jr., Engr. WIlfredo H. Guerzon, Jr.

In as much as the bulk (5,500 as of January 31, 2013) of PCAB licensed contractors have already attended our ADR lecturers, there will only be one or two (if Visayas and Mindanao requests for one) of these Seminars per month in 2013 to cater mostly to aspiring contractors. The first seminar was held last January 20th at the Rembrandt Hotel in Quezon City attended by 250 would be contractors. The three module lecture set was done by Engr. Ramon F. Allado.

The shift in 2013 will be toward Project Owners and Consultants. The first lecture will be with the COFILCO on March 13 and a lecture before the Cebu City Chamber of Commerce on March 19.
