Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators (PICAM), Inc. held its Year-End General Assembly last December 7, 2018 at Hotel Jen, Pasay City.

Atty. Jesusito G. Morallos, President, devoted his welcome address in honoring three outstanding Members of all time namely Dean Custodio O. Parlade, Atty. Victor P. Lazatin and late Atty. Alfredo F. Tadiar.  He further reported to the General Membership the Highlights of Mid-Year General Assembly meeting which was held last June 2018.  He reported also the number of AMO Seminar that were conducted and the success of the 5 MACE Program that was held for the year 2018.  Moreover, Mr. Joven Joaquin, Treasurer, reported the Statement of Revenues and Disbursements as of November 2018.

Lastly,  all the acts of the PICAM Board of Trustees from July to December 2018 was duly confirmed and ratified by the General Membership.

The Christmas Party immediately followed after the Meeting.
